Investor Verification Required

In accordance with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, we are required to verify your investor status before providing details of our investment opportunities.

I declare that I am a high net worth individual as defined under Article 21 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) Order 2005, meaning I meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • Annual income of £100,000 or more during the last financial year; OR
  • Net assets of £250,000 or more (excluding primary residence, pension rights, and any life insurance contracts)

I declare that I am a self-certified sophisticated investor as defined under Article 23A of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) Order 2005, meaning I meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • I am a member of a network or syndicate of business angels and have been so for at least 6 months
  • I have made more than one investment in an unlisted company in the past 2 years
  • I am working or have worked in the past 2 years in a professional capacity in the private equity sector
  • I am currently or have been in the past 2 years a director of a company with annual turnover of at least £1 million
